Directions from the South:
- Exit M6 at Junction 10A, proceed West on the M54 signed for Telford.
- Drop onto the A5 West, signed for Shrewsbury & Oswestry.
- Pick up a Left Turn at the roundabout signed Welshpool A458
Directions from Welshpool:
- Follow A458 through Welshpool, signed Dolgellau
- Follow the A458 through Llanfair Caereinion
- You will pass over a River Bridge, followed by a Caravan Park on your left ~ Note your Mileage
- Important: After 1.8 miles take a left turn (Four Crosses Cottage)
- Take the 1st right
- Proceed up the lane…(approx. ½ Mile). to where a track leads off to the left marked “Hir Rhos Ganol” (Hir Rhos Hall to the right)
- Take the track to the left (another ½ Mile!)
- Please park immediately through the gate on the right in the parking area provided, next to the centre.
- You have arrived!
Directions from Machynlleth:
- Follow A458 towards Welshpool,
- Continue on the A458 through Llanerfyl,
- You will pass Blue Bell Fishing Park on the right hand side ~ Note your Mileage
- Important: After approx ½ mile take the next right turn (at Four Crosses Cottage, opposite a post box)
- Take the 1st right
- Proceed up the lane…(approx. ½ Mile). to where a track leads off to the left marked “Hir Rhos Ganol” (Hir Rhos Hall to the right)
- Take the track to the left (another ½ Mile!)
- Please park immediately through the gate on the right in the parking area provided, next to the centre.
- You have arrived!
